Job Title : Education Consultant
Location : Beijing, China
Reporting to : Regional sales manager
This position is mainly responsible for the sales of educational products in the Northern & Western Region of China. The main tasks include maintaining existing customers, developing new customers, developing sales channels, and organizing teacher training activities, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve assigned individual sales target, and contribute to overall China budget accomplishment;
* Identify key institutional accounts in designated territory and/or market segments to form an high-impact list of promotional targets;
* Discover needs of key institutional accounts to obtain business opportunities for reading & ELT offerings;
* Carry out solution selling projects effectively to reach mutual beneficial result for both company and clients;
* Monitor & analyze competitor activities and market trends to feed back in to China sales and marketing strategies optimization;
* Initiate teacher training campaigns in designated territory to enhance company's brand awareness and penetration rate amongst key institutional clients;
* Assist line manager to complete financial planning, market research, and product-market fit analysis.
Required Capabilities:
* Ability to communicate & present professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences, in both fluent mandarin Chinese and English
* Influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility
* Ability to gain and assimilate product knowledge and obtain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace
* Demonstrable evidence of goal/target-oriented, self-motivated, independent decision-making and team working
