招聘职位：兼职英语教师
工作地点：北京 （北京中心分别为：中关村、金源、安定门、西单、公主坟、洋桥、搜宝（草桥）、方庄、劲松、富顿、亚运村、回龙观等，根据您所在学校就近分配。）
岗位职责：
1、从事英语教学活动、实施授课计划、保证教学质量；
2、参与教学评议、进行学员考评和课程推广等；
3、经培训合格后可教授青少年学员及普通成人学员。优秀人才可教授成人VIP学员。

任职要求：
1、在校本科大一、大二、大三学生；在校研究生一年级学生；
2、本科生英语专业优先考虑，非英语专业要求英语水平通过专业四级或者有海外留学经历；
3、硕士生专业不限 ，具备一定水平的英语证书；
4、英语口语良好，发音标准
5、热爱教育事业，工作认真细致，具有负责感，能够长期兼职。
6、有学校实习或英语家教经验着优先考虑。 薪资待遇：
1、工资60——150元/小时不等，具体根据所带班级人数和年级来定。
2、 入职初带普通班每次课三个小时，其中一小时是外教上课，一次课收入在150-250之间；
3、每半年进行一次评级，工资会随着所评级别而变化。
4、有正规的岗前实训、培训，通过培训后将签署正式劳动合同；
5、工作环境优越，工作时间灵活。
