  进入秋季,养肺成为养生保健的重点。以下一些简单可行的小方法可以养肺强身。

  摩鼻 经常鼻部可预防伤风、流涕,对已经出现症状的患者可以起到缓解作用。

  将两手拇指摩擦生热后,用外侧沿鼻梁、鼻翼两侧上下60次左右,然后鼻翼两侧的迎香穴( 位于鼻唇沟与鼻翼交界处)30次。每天1~2遍。

  深吸气 本法有助于锻炼肺部的生理功能。
