招聘职位 ：人力资源 — 招聘方向 实习生　　
工作地点：北京 - 国贸中环世贸
工作职责：
1.开发海外欧美,日韩,北美等当地招聘渠道
2.与候选人保持良好关系，了解熟悉国内与当地人才市场动态
3.与用人部门充分沟通，分析职位需求，同时对用人部门提供一定的咨询或引导
4.通过各种渠道根据需求访寻候选人完成访寻工作
5.面试和甄选候选人，根据用人部门需求和特点，推荐合适的候选人
6.协调安排客户面试，及时解决面试过程中遇到的问题
7.协调薪酬谈判和录用通知书的签署，并根据用人部门要求进行候选人的详细背景调查
8.候选人入职前中后期的跟踪，并为候选人提供相应的职业发展建议
9.严格执行招聘管理制度、工作流程，并根据公司发展情况适时修订与完善
10.申请招聘工作各项预算，严格控制招聘成本
11.根据公司要求参与决策并提出专业建议或方案
12.熟悉企业基本情况，包括集团战略规划、企业文化、日常管理制度，了解人力资源管理业务流程
13.熟知企业及行业信息，熟知公司组织架构，掌握公司人才观，完成招聘任务
14.团队融入迅速，并能给予团队专业建议及方案
任职条件：
英语6级在校生，或应届毕业生，海归
1．良好的英语口语及书面语水平；
2．熟练使用MS Office软件；
3．做事认真踏实，负责可靠；有很强的学习能力及工作主动性；
4．良好的人际沟通技巧和团队协作精神；
5．积极主动，吃苦耐劳.

Position Title：HR Intern – Recruiting
Location：Beijing - Jianguomenwai No.6, World Trade Center C 32
Responsibility：
1.Willing to further your knowledge in fertilizer industry,
2.Demonstrating speed of response, quality delivery and industry expertise, including attendance at networking events
3.Provide supervision and coaching to team members as required in order to achieve individual and team targets
4.Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data
5.Acknowledgement from colleagues and candidates for excellent service provision
6.Successfully recruiting international candidates over phone and via skype
7.Provide interview feedback and evaluation form
8.Write Job Description
9.Maintaining contact with signed applicants and monitoring them throughout the process.
10.Customer service relation management
11.Online promotion, online media management of job adverts
12.Lead and deliver recruitment opportunities
13.Conduct industry research, provide relevant articles, online media resources, etc .
14.Any other unexpected issues both outside and inside the office.
Requirement:
1.English is a must
2.Possess a valid work permit is preferred but not a compulsory
3.Team spirit is a must
