Internship (Job Description)
The Team of IT-Solution and Process at BMW China Engineering department requires a highly motivated and open minded local intern to support the Team in their Project topics as well as in their daily work.
Tasks
- Support our daily business in several IT related topics for the preparation of new Application Solutions
- Help with the preparation of Workshops, Documentations and Presentations in our field of work.
- Help to establish workflows and solutions within the BMW China Services Ltd. Engineering Team.
- Design, modify and realize workflows through Microsoft Virtual Team Spaces (VTS / Sharepoitnt).
- Support our projects in the maintenance of our IT, Security and Solution Landscape.
- Create a news platform for our team via existing internal Social Media Channels such as BMW Plaza our VTS Blogs.
- Support the team in security related topics such as regular security checks like spot and phone checks.
Qualification
- Fluent English Skills (speaking, reading, writing). Preferred also German skills.
- Certain knowledge on IT Systems, Programming languages, HTML and Social Media.
- Knowledge on Process Design and Workflows.
- Know how on the typical Microsoft Office Tools.
- First experience with Microsoft Virtual Team Spaces are favorable.
- Highly Motivated and Open minded.
