which的先行词不是the move吧 好像是the lead underwriting spot因为which后面的谓语went instead to...是那个是“保险业头筹”发出的 是说保险业头筹反而走向波士顿和摩根那边 而不是the move 发出的

doom在这里应该是使毁灭，使破灭这一类的意思吧
