4. Have a strong sense of time;
5. Be good at searching literature materials to solve problems;
6. Have enough time for writing;
7. Be patient, good-tempered and have good learning ability; be willing to make common progress with us；
8. Main types of writing: MBA、finance、economy、management、investment、law、nursing care、medicine、architecture、engineering and machinery；
