Position: Executive Search Researcher

Job description
-Provide professional recruitment services to both multinational and domestic clients in Financial Services
industry
-Compile search strategy upon the kicking-off for assignments
-Execute different modes of engagements for clients assembling various research tools to ensure a quality and
effective process
-Involve in full process execution of sourcing prospects, interviewing candidates, profiling assessments,
documenting premium candidates, developing progress reports, conducting references and facilitating offer　
negotiations
-Assist in Business Development for new clients/projects


Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual who is ready for a challenging position:
Bachelor/Master degree from top tier universities
Good business sense and ability
Excellent communication skill and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
High intellectual curiosity, energy, and personal integrity
